Home Sweet Home

She coming home!! After the bad day yesterday, we got some fantastic news! She is coming home!

She had the procedure to take the first stent out, and after the procedure she was up and eating all without Morphine! The Doctor said as long as the pain was under control, and she wasn't having any problems with Nausea, then she was A-OK to come home.

Our spirits have been lifted today, and we know all the thoughts and prayers are working. Keep it up!! Thanks again for all the support!

All of you guys leave such a tender comment. I love your parents! They were so wonderful to my family during my dads lung cancer. This will be a very crazy time for you but you will see the beauty of how wonderful your parents are by the gestures of those that have been touched by their kindness. My prayers are with you!

I hadn't checked the blog since Thursday - so happy to hear that she came home today and that her pain is under control. And that Noorda Mafia sounds fierce!

Hi again, I just got back from choir practice and we sang How Firm a Foundation. This particular verse really rang true for me today. It goes: When through the deep waters I call thee to go, The rivers of sorrow shall not thee o'er flow. For I will be with thee, thy troubles to bless, And sanctify to thee, and sanctify to thee they deepest distress. Sometimes music can say so much and bring some measure of comfort. Love, Suz

We are glad to hear that she has been able to return to home.

Home sweet home is all we have to say. We are praying for you and we love you. Keep those funny jokes coming, you always need the laughter after something like this.
